FMS Vision

The vision of Francisco Middle School is to involve young adolescents in meaningful school experiences, which include:

  • a nurturing, safe, school climate that promotes dynamic academic development and the joy of learning

  • a student-centered philosophy which reflects our students' individual needs

  • a committed school community involved in ongoing professional development and school-wide decision making

  • providing our students with the necessary skills for them to be college-ready and career-ready

We also focus on three main tenets at school: Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful.  Our teachers reinforce these lessons daily with students to create an environment at school that is conducive to learning.
